The present report is an overview of vectors vis à vis employment in the context of autoimmune disease. The authors provide a really, really excellent overview of the subject. Particular strengths include the "table" treatment of promoters for transcriptional targeting and vector characteristics. As well, it is praiseworthy that the authors have highlighted clinical aspects and vector targeting.
In this latter regard, the authors would do well to reference some recent reviews on vector targeting.
Otherwise, this is an excellent review which warrants publication.
